Highland, California natives Deconstruct play a fierce brand of heavy, dark, relentless hard rock. The combination of rock and metal has landed the band on stage supporting acts such as Machine Head, Devil Driver, Korn, and Disturbed, Iron Maiden, Nickelback, Drowning Pool, and Chevelle, just to name a few ;)
The Human Condition is the bands first full-length effort after previously releasing 2 EP’s in the past two years. The album was financed, recorded, and produced by band members but also features tracks mixed by Grammy award winner Michael Rosen (Tesla, Santana, AFI, Testament).
The music itself is a well thought out, well structured onslaught of metal infused with solid rock and roll. From melody to screaming in the space of a chorus, it has elements that will appeal to many listeners.
Some of the best tracks are “Time Kills” and “Thrown Away” which are full of infectious hooks and would be perfect singles for radio. The bass is superb, lyrics diverse, and the percussion is perfectly timed. The vocalist features an impressive range, and each song is different, there is no formula or gimmick with this music. It’s dark, heavy, and intoxicating.
Deconstruct is:
Joe – guitar
Skitz – vocals
Venessa – bass
Frost - drums.
