This obvious independent release will surprise you. The impression you get from the packaging make push you away from this CD, but you will find inside is a good size handful of songs to get into. With similar styles and vibe to Everlast, you will find yourself grooving along with these acoustic driven songs and familiar sounding vocals.
The sounds of this artist will make you feel at home. The acoustic styles are comfortable, fun, simple, and well written. Dylan Brewer has a sound that has been done before, but it is still nice to hear fresh material like this. Hailing from Vancouver, Washington, may tell you a lot that this Pacific Northwest singer/songwriter has some strong folk roots, at some classic rock influences as well. These 20-tracks will keep you entertained and will give you a healthy idea of what Dylan is all about.
He is here to have a good time, make good music and remain in my CD player and yours! Check out his Myspace site, listen to his music and help support another wonderful musician out of the NW.
